What you'll do:

As a Senior Server and Cloud Engineer based in Ortigas, you will immerse yourself in the full spectrum of server management and cloud solution delivery. Your day-to-day activities will involve architecting resilient infrastructures using Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies while ensuring optimal performance across all platforms. You will be entrusted with safeguarding system integrity through diligent security measures and compliance oversight. • Designing, deploying, and maintaining robust server infrastructures both on-premises and within cloud-hosted environments to ensure seamless business operations.
• Optimising cloud solutions by monitoring performance, managing resources efficiently, and implementing best practices for reliability and scalability.
• Ensuring system security by implementing rigorous protocols across physical and virtual platforms while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

• Leading technical conversations with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable project deliverables.
• Producing comprehensive written documentation for all systems to guarantee clarity for both internal teams and external clients.
• Managing Azure cloud infrastructure by provisioning virtual machines, configuring storage accounts, networking components, and enforcing access controls.
• Overseeing Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange, Entra, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive as well as Windows OS servers and Active Directory management.
• Participating in out-of-hours work when required as part of an on-call rota to maintain service continuity for critical client systems.
• Designing tailored IT solutions that address specific SME business needs while identifying potential risks early in the project lifecycle.

• Extensive hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing Azure cloud solutions including virtual machines, storage accounts, networking components, security measures, and access controls.
• Proven track record administering Microsoft 365 environments such as Exchange Online, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Intune device management, SharePoint Online collaboration tools, OneDrive storage solutions; encompassing architecture design through to ongoing maintenance.
• Deep familiarity with Windows operating systems (both servers and end-user computing) alongside expert-level Active Directory administration including Group Policy Objects for security enforcement.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within virtual teams to achieve shared goals focused on customer satisfaction.
• Strong background engaging directly with customers to understand their technical requirements while translating these into effective project plans that mitigate risk.
• Experience delivering medium- to large-scale IT projects within scope and timelines as part of multidisciplinary project teams.
• Exceptional communication skills enabling clear articulation of technical information in both spoken and written English across different time zones.
• Minimum four years’ experience in IT operations roles within managed service provider settings coupled with at least three years’ involvement in technical project implementation for SME clients.
• A degree-level education or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines is required for this position.
• A flexible approach to working hours is necessary due to occasional out-of-hours commitments aligned with project demands.
