What you'll do:

As a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer based in Taguig, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic environment where your primary focus will be on elevating software quality through advanced automation techniques. • Lead the execution of comprehensive Testing Automation projects by coordinating activities across the QA team and other project teams involved in delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Design, develop, execute, and manage robust automated test scripts using industry-leading tools such as TOSCA, NEOLOAD, HP UFT, HP ALM, Performance Center, and Microsoft Visual Studio Test Professional.
• Conduct engaging training sessions for team members on QA testing tools to foster knowledge sharing and upskilling within the group.
• Implement best practices in QA Automation processes by preparing detailed Test Automation Plans through close collaboration with Test Leads, Project Managers, Development Leads, and other stakeholders.
• Create and execute manual test scripts when required to ensure comprehensive coverage of all application requirements.
• Monitor test results meticulously through closure phases and communicate findings clearly to project teams for prompt resolution.
• Provide insightful feedback and recommendations—including resolution strategies and preventive actions—to development teams regarding defects identified during testing cycles.
• Mentor and support the ongoing development of team members in Automated Testing techniques to build collective expertise within the department.
• Offer post-deployment testing coordination and support to ensure smooth transitions from development to production environments.
• Contribute valuable suggestions for improvements to QA standards and processes with a particular focus on advancing Automation Testing capabilities.

• Hands-on experience in testing Mobile Applications ensures comprehensive coverage across platforms.
• Expertise in VB Scripting allows you to enhance automation frameworks efficiently.
• Thorough understanding of software testing best practices including Agile methodologies supports effective project delivery.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and general scripting skills aids in data validation during testing processes.
• Deep familiarity with cross-browser compatibility issues as well as operating system nuances enhances overall product reliability.
• Extensive experience with leading testing tools such as TOSCA or NEOLOAD is highly desirable; exposure to HP QTP/UFT, ALM, Performance Center or Visual Studio Test Professional is advantageous.
• Competence in using Visual Studio versions 2017/2022/2025 provides flexibility across various development environments.
