What you'll do:
As a Senior Infrastructure Architect – Identity & Security based in Taguig, you will play an instrumental part in shaping the future of enterprise technology within a globally recognised organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve architecting robust infrastructure solutions that integrate seamlessly between on-premise data centres and leading cloud providers. You will be entrusted with designing secure identity management frameworks using Active Directory and Entra ID while also taking full ownership of PKI deployments from inception through governance. Your expertise will be called upon to provide architectural direction for messaging platforms and DNS configurations while maintaining hands-on involvement in engineering tasks such as server administration or virtualisation. By leading incident investigations through root cause analysis and driving automation projects that enhance efficiency across IT operations, you will ensure the organisation’s technology landscape remains resilient against evolving threats. - Provide architectural guidance for messaging systems like Exchange Online and AWS SES as well as DNS infrastructures including AD-integrated DNS and Route 53.
- Take ownership of PKI initiatives by designing and implementing enterprise-grade PKI solutions from scratch covering certificate authorities, lifecycle management, security hardening, compliance controls, policies, governance, and operational procedures.
- Act as the subject matter expert for all PKI-related matters by providing technical leadership on encryption, authentication models, trust frameworks, and issue resolution.
- Maintain an active role in infrastructure engineering by supporting Windows Server environments, managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs), overseeing VMware virtualisation platforms, and driving optimisation projects for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Lead root cause analysis for complex incidents by conducting thorough investigations, providing L3 support for escalations, implementing preventive measures based on findings, and recommending architectural improvements.
- Champion automation initiatives using PowerShell scripts or enterprise tools like ServiceNow to reduce manual operations while implementing monitoring solutions for proactive issue detection.

Your background includes significant exposure to identity management via Active Directory or Entra ID alongside hands-on administration of Windows Server environments. You possess advanced skills configuring messaging systems like Exchange Online or AWS SES as well as DNS infrastructures both locally integrated with AD or hosted in the cloud via Route 53. Your familiarity with VMware virtualisation enables you to drive optimisation initiatives that improve reliability without compromising cost-efficiency. A solid foundation in networking principles complements your understanding of security best practices required for hybrid cloud deployments involving AWS or Azure platforms. - Approximately 15 years of experience in IT roles with at least 7 years dedicated to infrastructure architecture responsibilities within large-scale enterprises.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing end-to-end Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions including certificate authority setup, lifecycle management processes, policy development, governance structures, security hardening techniques, compliance controls implementation, encryption protocols deployment, authentication models configuration, trust model establishment across diverse systems.
- Extensive hands-on experience managing identity systems such as Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID (Azure AD), ensuring secure access control throughout hybrid environments.
- Proven track record administering Windows Server ecosystems alongside Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for streamlined user management within regulated settings.
- In-depth knowledge of messaging platforms like Exchange Online or AWS SES coupled with advanced skills configuring DNS architectures both on-premise (AD-integrated) and cloud-based (Route 53).
