  • Benefit from a workplace that prioritises flexible working opportunities, ongoing training initiatives, and a strong commitment to employee wellbeing and professional development.

What you'll do:

As a Power Platform Engineer based in Makati, you will play a central role in shaping the digital landscape of the organisation by delivering innovative solutions that connect people with data seamlessly. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements before translating them into intuitive applications using Microsoft Power Apps. You will architect integrations that bridge CRM systems like HubSpot with ERP platforms such as Deltek via secure middleware connections. By leveraging your expertise in SQL Server and Azure services, you will ensure that backend data structures are optimised for performance while maintaining strict standards of data integrity. Your responsibilities will extend to managing the full application lifecycle—overseeing everything from environment setup through deployment pipelines to post-release monitoring—ensuring each solution is robustly governed for security and compliance. Success in this role means not only delivering technically sound applications but also fostering a culture of collaboration where knowledge is shared freely among team members.

  • Design and develop comprehensive business applications using both Canvas and Model-Driven Microsoft Power Apps, ensuring they meet user needs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Build, manage, and optimise complex workflows utilising Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the entire solution delivery lifecycle on the Microsoft Power Platform—from initial design through build, deployment, support, and ongoing optimisation.
  • Architect end-to-end system integrations spanning CRM, ERP (such as HubSpot and Deltek), middleware layers, and internal platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Develop custom connectors and manage integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols (OAuth, API tokens), and service principals for secure communication between systems.
  • Implement robust error handling mechanisms including retry logic, logging frameworks, monitoring tools, and alerting systems to maintain high reliability across integrations.
  • Design backend data structures in Microsoft SQL Server; create optimised queries, stored procedures, indexing strategies, views; handle large datasets with performance tuning techniques.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure components within Microsoft Azure to support scalable application deployments while maintaining high standards of security and compliance.
  • Administer Dev/Test/Prod environments within the Power Platform ecosystem; implement solution packaging strategies, version control practices (ALM), deployment pipelines, release management protocols, rollback plans, and environment governance policies.
  • Enforce platform governance by implementing DLP policies, access controls (role-based security), audit trails for compliance purposes; monitor system health proactively to resolve issues swiftly.

What you bring:

To excel as a Power Platform Engineer in this organisation’s technology team, you will bring proven experience designing sophisticated business applications using Microsoft Power Apps alongside deep familiarity with workflow automation via Power Automate. Your background should include significant exposure to integrating enterprise-grade systems—particularly CRMs like HubSpot or ERPs such as Deltek—using modern API-driven approaches. You should be comfortable navigating cloud environments on Azure where you can deploy secure solutions that comply with organisational governance frameworks. Beyond technical prowess, your success will be underpinned by your ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds—sharing insights generously while remaining responsive to evolving project needs. Your attention to detail when it comes to security controls/audit trails/compliance measures will set you apart as someone who not only delivers results but does so responsibly.
