DevSecOps Manager (AWS)

A leading client is seeking a DevSecOps Manager to join their team in Pasay.

This is an SME, Individual Contributor role, ideal for someone with strong AWS experience who can lead the integration of security across the software development lifecycle, automate security controls, and secure cloud-native environments.

• Drive security across CI/CD pipelines and AWS cloud environments through automation and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed security by design and strengthen the organisation's overall security posture.

What you'll do:

• Automate security controls across CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, or similar tools.
• Secure AWS cloud infrastructure, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Integrate automated security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA) into development workflows.
• Implement and enforce security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI DSS, or GDPR.
• Manage IAM, RBAC, secrets management, and Zero Trust security principles.
• Secure DevOps toolchains including Git, Nexus, Artifactory, and CI/CD platforms.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to deliver secure software solutions.

What you bring:

• Experience in a DevSecOps role with strong hands-on technical expertise as an Individual Contributor.
• Strong AWS cloud security experience, including securing cloud-native applications and container platforms.
• Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with security tools such as Snyk, SonarQube, Checkmarx, Fortify, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, RBAC, SAML/OAuth, HashiCorp Vault, and secrets management.
• Experience implementing security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, or GDPR.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and DevOps security best practices.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
