Technical Consultant - IAM and PAM Engineer

A leading global technology solutions provider is seeking a Technical Consultant specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) to join their team in Makati. This full-time, on-site position offers you the opportunity to work at the forefront of cybersecurity, designing and implementing robust IAM and PAM solutions for partners and end customers.

What you'll do:

• Design comprehensive Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions tailored to the needs of partners and end customers.
• Implement IAM/PAM platforms by configuring systems, integrating technologies, and ensuring seamless operation across multiple environments.
• Conduct thorough technical assessments to identify requirements, diagnose issues, and recommend effective solutions for complex security challenges.
• Perform system troubleshooting by analyzing incidents, resolving technical problems, and maintaining optimal performance of IAM/PAM tools.
• Provide ongoing technical support to customers by responding promptly to queries, offering guidance on best practices, and ensuring sustained satisfaction.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations and demonstrations that clearly communicate solution benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales activities by contributing technical expertise to solution proposals and participating in customer meetings.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation including deployment guides, configuration manuals, and best practice recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with vendor representatives and partner organisations to coordinate deployments, share knowledge, and achieve project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.

What you bring:

• Demonstrated analytical skills enabling you to diagnose intricate IAM/PAM issues accurately while interpreting complex technical requirements with sensitivity.
• Proven consulting experience where you have gathered customer needs empathetically, proposed considerate solutions, and served as a dependable technical advisor.
• Hands-on expertise in providing technical support for IAM/PAM tools such as Okta, CyberArk, Ping, BeyondTrust or similar platforms coupled with related security technologies.
• Sales-oriented abilities including supporting pre-sales activities collaboratively, contributing thoughtfully to solution proposals, and participating in inclusive technical demonstrations.
• Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals along with access control concepts rooted in industry best practices for identity management.
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams where clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders was essential for success.
• Ability to manage multiple projects responsively while maintaining polite interactions across diverse groups of people.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent practical experience demonstrating commitment to learning.
• Relevant certifications in security or IAM/PAM such as CISSP or CISM or vendor-specific credentials which further enhance your credibility as a knowledgeable professional.
