Quality Assurance Engineer – Digital Product Delivery

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our Digital Product Delivery team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable digital products, working closely with developers, designers, and product managers. You will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive test strategies, validating product functionality, and continuously advocating for quality at every stage of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion quality assurance best practices across the full digital product lifecycle.
• Design, document, and maintain structured test cases using tools such as TestRail.
• Develop and execute manual and exploratory tests for both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects to resolution, ensuring timely delivery of fixes across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing clear communication on quality risks, defects, and test results.
• Provide usability feedback, accessibility insights, and actionable recommendations to improve product experience.
• Establish, document, and maintain QA processes, workflows, and testing standards.
• Support the adoption of automation where feasible to improve efficiency and coverage.

Expected Skills / Experience

• Proven experience in web and mobile application QA, particularly in manual testing.
• Strong expertise in test case design, including positive/negative testing, boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, and regression scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with different kinds of testing, such as:
• Functional Testing (end-to-end validation of features and workflows)
• Regression Testing (ensuring updates do not break existing functionality)
• Integration Testing (validating system and API interactions)
• Usability & Accessibility Testing (WCAG/ADA standards)
• Performance & Load Testing (ensuring scalability and stability under stress)
• Security Testing (identifying vulnerabilities and risks)
• Cross-browser and Cross-platform Testing (ensuring consistency across devices and environments)
• Solid understanding of web technologies, development practices, and digital delivery workflows.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience in design QA and visual testing; knowledge of Figma is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable insights.
