About the Role:
- This is a 360° recruitment role focused on the Technology market — managing the full recruitment lifecycle with a strong emphasis on business development and client ownership.
You will:
- Engage confidently with tech hiring managers, CTOs, and business leaders
- Build and grow a technology-focused client portfolio
- Source, assess, and place high-demand tech talent (e.g. Software Engineers, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Product)
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement
- Apply critical thinking to solve complex hiring challenges in a fast-moving tech market
- Take full ownership of your desk, revenue, and market positioning

What You Will Do:
360° Recruitment & Candidate Management (Technology)
- Source and engage high-quality technology professionals across key verticals
- Screen candidates on both technical exposure and cultural fit
- Advise candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and career moves
- Present candidates to clients with strong commercial and technical insight
- Manage the full interview-to-offer process, including offer negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain a strong tech talent pipeline in a competitive market
- Take full accountability for candidate quality and placements
Client Engagement & Business Development (Technology Focus)
- Lead client meetings with confidence and market expertise in tech hiring
- Proactively generate new business within technology and digital transformation spaces
- Understand client tech stacks, hiring needs, and business objectives
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor on tech talent strategy
- Deliver solutions in a consultative, sales-driven manner
- Negotiate fees, terms, and placements directly with clients
- Consistently hit and exceeded revenue and placement targets
