In relation to this, there is an increase in the local opportunities related to mobile, social, cloud, analytics, middleware and application security. Demand for accounting and finance professionals with business partnering, controlling, trade, securities, pricing, tax, actuary, treasury and internal audit experience will also be highly sought-after. Learning and Development, Organisational Development and business partners are also preferred for multinational companies or shared services.
